Participation in the YERUN Research Mobility Awards (hereinafter YRMA) is free and on a voluntary basis. Your participation to the YRMA will involve the collection and processing of personal data (such as your name, email address and affiliation, among others). This information will be processed pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repealed Directive 95/45/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The data you provide will be used by YERUN to evaluate your application. Your data in an anonymised and aggregated way will be used for monitoring and evaluating the trends of the YRMA. The data you provide will be solely used for these purposes.
